Directions:
1-Cut Paper Plate in half
2-With Sharpie Draw Rainbow lines on Plate
3-Punch hole on top
4-Let kids paint in with watercolor paint or craft paint, or color with markers or crayons.
5-Cut up streamers into 12″ pieces and let kids pick out 6 each.
6-Glue streamers onto the back of paper plate.
7-Tie on yarn or pipe cleaner on top for holder.
8-Cut out clouds and glue on top. (Noahs Ark Craft Cloud Printout)
9-Have kids write verse Gen.9:17 in middle of rainbow.
